Super, man

Superman has never really done very much for me (he's the most bland and sexless of all the superheroes), but the news that Henry Cavill is to play him has pricked my, er, interest.

Hairy hotty Cavill is currently best-known for his appearance in ludicrous historical soap opera The Tudors:

He has given us good chest and good arse, and is often seen in flimsy, "V" necked linen shirts which leave just enough to our imaginations to titillate us.

 Although I think it's true to say that the more he has revealed, the more we have all wanted to see.

I am very much hoping that Henry will take this "Tudor" style with him to the new Superman, with an exciting new approach to costume design that lets us see something of the real super man underneath.

Plus a few gratuitous shower scenes, obviously. Yeah, you can never have too many gratuitous shower scenes.
