A first glance at this sequence and I idly assumed it dated from the 1980s.

I think it was the faded colours and the un-tweezered model that made me think that.

Closer investigation revealed it as dating from just 2001.

Which I found rather touching, for reasons I am unable to explain.

There's something rather fresh and natural about this chap.

Both nostalgic and somehow modern, at the same time.

No, I've no idea what I'm banging on about, either. Sorry. Still, he was a mighty fine model.
